Cassy Carpino
Teacher, Tutor and Founder of TutorMe Toronto
Cassy is an OCT-certified Toronto District School Board teacher with a Bachelor of Chemistry (Honours) and a Bachelor of Education from Brock University. She is currently pursuing a master's in Chemistry from York University while teaching senior university chemistry at TDSB.
She is passionate about chemistry and believes in breaking down lessons into fundamental building blocks for effective learning. She employs scaffolding teaching methods and encourages practice, dialogue, and study habits to help students build their understanding.
In addition to teaching, Cassy has been tutoring students for seven years, helping over 50 families, and transitioned into an academic support role to assist students with cognitive abilities and improve their work habits. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, travelling, and practicing yoga, and she is a mother to an eight-month-old and a Shitzu named Spenza.

Felicia Carpino
Felicia is a Naturopathic Medical Graduate, completing her licensing exams to become a Naturopathic Doctor. Throughout her education, she spent time tutoring students in math and science. Her skills include working with students to aid in a better understanding of content, sharing her experiences and helping them develop better study habits for future success. These opportunities fulfilled her love for sharing knowledge with others and allowed her to exercise her teaching skills. She prides herself on being organized, dedicated and approachable, allowing her to build a strong, growing relationship with students.

Kendall Mundy
Kendall is a certified secondary educator with a degree in English Literature and a Master’s degree in Education. She have 6 years of experience teaching English, social sciences, and humanities. She has also acted as the head of an English department, and is extremely well-versed in curriculum expectation and planning for diverse learning styles. Within her years of teaching experience in the classroom, she understand the student’s need for personalized guidance and instruction. Kendall is an experienced tutor, committed to helping each of my students reach their full potential. She is patient, dedicated, and always strive to create a learning environment where students are comfortable and confident.

Madisyn Seepaulsing
Madisyn is a OCT certified primary to high school with a Masters in Teaching and undergrad in Child and Youth Care. With over 7 years of experience in education, Madisyn has worked across various settings in the education that spans from running youth programs, working with students with physical and developmental disabilities and experience as a both a junior tutor. More recently she has obtained her Masters in Teaching and has taught both in primary and intermediate grades. Madisyn strengths lie in organization, detail orientation and building strong relationships with her students

Vlad Velici
Vlad is a driven and ambitious educator who has been with the TDSB for the past 6 years. Vlad enjoys making learning fun for all students, and prides himself on his ability to tailor his teaching approach to meet the individual needs and learning styles of every student. He has taught kindergarten to grade 8, and specializes in literacy and numeracy. He is skilled in implementing teaching methods that promote inquiry-based learning, open communication, and consistent feedback. Vlad strongly values creating positive relationships among students, colleagues, and caregivers in order to foster a safe, inclusive environment. In his spare time, Vlad enjoys sports, staying active, and coaching.

Erminia Avolio
Erminia Avolio has been a primary school teacher for more than 14 years. She holds a Special Education Part 1 certificate, Primary, Junior Math Specialist certification. Through tutoring, she can give your child individualized attention, help them comprehend their topics better, study more effectively, and most importantly, develop thier confidence. As an Ontario-certified teacher, she is familiar with the curriculum goals to make sure that your child advances academically and develops stronger self-assurance and social skills. Erminia also offers reading assessments and reading remediation lessons.

Nicole Muracco
Nicole Muracco is a recent graduate from Brock University with a Bachelor of Education and previously graduated with Bachelor of Arts Child and Youth Studies at Brock. She is qualified to teach primary/junior kindergarten to grade six. She is currently working for the Niagara Catholic District School Board on the Occasional Teacher Roster. Nicole is a reading and literacy specialist. She has extensive tutoring experience with Reading Rocks online and is a former tutor for Learning Disabilities’ Association of Niagara. She is here to help your child find confidence in their reading and comprehension skills with earlier intervention tutoring or specialists plan to help get your child reading at grade level.

Maria Di Santo
Maria has been a high school teacher for the past 13 years. She currently works for the District School Board of Niagara (DSBN). She is qualified to teach high school English and Social Studies. Her passion is reading and loves to work with kids to improve reading and all literacy skills. She has taken many additional qualification courses to support her belief in the pursuit of knowledge. Maria would love to work specifically with English or Social Studies or offer her expertise to be an academic advisor to your child.

Harprit Gill
Harprit Gill has 17 years of experience working in the social work industry with children, youth and young adults. She was a manager for employment counsellor for an Ontario Services Employment program. She was responsible for providing pre-employment training for individuals between the ages of 15 to 29 that focused on resume writing, interview skills, time management, life skills, money management, and so much more. The goal was to prepare the young people for labour marketing and assist them in securing meaningful employment. She recently, transitioned into financial services. A key part of her current responsibilities is teaching children, youth and adults financial literacy and understanding how money works in the context of the Canadian system. Harprit would be an excellent academic support where she could effectively assist students and ensure they have the life skills required to be successful.

Marc Robinson
Marc is an OCT certified junior to intermediate educator with a Specialized Honours degree in English Literature, and a Master’s degree in Education. With half a decade of experience working as a Special Education, Grade 7/8 Homeroom and Core French teacher with Toronto District School, Marc has a wealth of expertise and experience to help your child succeed at their academic pursuits. During his time at York University, Marc has taught and coordinated programs centred around Adolescent literacy in preparation for the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test; in addition to supporting prospective Teacher Candidates on their teaching and learning journeys. Marc designs learning programs that cater to student needs and voice, and holds establishing positive relationships with students in high regard. He is looking forward to supporting all students and their families to be the best versions of themselves in the classroom.

Olivia Wallace
Olivia Wallace is a visual artist and OCT-certified teacher who holds a Master of Teaching and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management, Studio, and Art History from the University of Toronto. She has worked with the Peel District School Board and several arts organizations and galleries including the McMichael Canadian Art Collection. Olivia strives to create a learning environment where students are willing to try. In her teaching, she makes an intentional effort to encourage, commend, and affirm students. She seeks to increase student confidence through the use of practice questions, inquiry-based projects, and conversations that monitor student understanding.

Laura Cultrera
Laura Cultrera is an elementary school teacher with the Durham District School Board. She has been with the board for over 7 years and have taught both kindergarten and primary grades. Teaching is her passion and I look forward to working with your child and helping them succeed in their learning!

Theodor Strbac
Theodor is a certified OCT teacher with teachables in the sciences, intermediate mathematics, and geography. He has years of tutoring experience, and has always had a passion for working with youth in his community. He is also a highschool basketball coach and private college basketball trainer, and thus brings an approach to teaching that is not purely based on academic environments, but also athletic environments. He prides himself on open communication, and prioritizes not just academic success, but also the emotional and spiritual well-being of the child.
